Custom CSV Reports
Custom CSV reports are reports that are sent to specified email addresses at set intervals.
Unlike the “Automated Reports” you have the option to customize the reports to suit your own needs and preferences, and to specify which KPIs are relevant to you and in what order you need them.
If the reports are already enabled, you can find them in Analytics in the left sidebar under “Custom CSVs”.
Click the button in the top right corner (“Create New Report”) to create your first report. Then choose a report name, the frequency, and a recipient. In the next step, select the channel(s) and KPIs, and review the summary. Your report is now ready.
Note: By default, only administrators can generate reports; however, you can manually grant this permission to other users.
To do this, go to “Account -> Users,” edit the user's profile, and use “Customize Role” to enable the “Edit CSV Reports” permission, then save the changes.

Step-by-Step Setup
- Configure your Report:
Create a Custom CSV Report including the metrics you need (Channel, Inbox, and Post metrics).
- Enable Email Delivery:
Set up a recurring schedule (e.g., daily or weekly) and select "Send via Email" as the delivery method.
- Use your BI Tool's "Email Import":
Most BI tools provide a unique "Import Email Address" or an "Email Attachment" connector. ◦ Add this specific email address as a recipient in your SocialHub report settings.
- Automate & Relax:
Once SocialHub sends the report, your BI tool will automatically pick up the new data and refresh your dashboards.
