ChatGPT Integration

We have a ChatGPT integration in SocialHub. This allows you to send drafts from ChatGPT directly to the Content Planner or create new boards and cards in the Idea Board using prompts.

Here's how to use it (the feature must, of course, be enabled under “Account -> Features”):

  • Search for the SocialHub app among the ChatGPT apps and follow the instructions to connect (log in with your SocialHub credentials to grant the necessary permissions)
  • Select SocialHub in ChatGPT when entering prompts
  • Write prompts such as “Send this post as a draft to the Content Planner with publication date XY” or “Create a new board in the Idea Board named X. Add 5 columns named A, B, C, D, and F” or “Create a card with the following content: Lorem Ipsum”
  • The posts appear in the Content Planner as drafts and can be processed directly from there. Cards appear in a separate section of the Idea Board and can then be moved directly to the correct board.
