With the help of Smart Custom Folders, you have the option of creating your own folders in your inbox. In the video you will find instructions for the folders as well as a few possible use cases.
The Smart Custom Folders are visible to all users in your Hub account, so be sure to choose a unique name.
These folders are then automatically filled with the tickets that correspond to the filter you have specified. The following filters exist: Channels, Ticket Types, Sentiment.
You could, for example, only display the tickets of a specific Instagram channel in a folder and then only comments there.
