We know that communication is very different on LinkedIn and TikTok, for example, as different target groups are often addressed on the platforms. It is also important to communicate differently when responding to praise than when dealing with a customer problem.
Both Smart Reply and Brand Tonality can be defined in the “AI customization” section. We recommend filling in all fields here to provide the AI with enough information to work with.
