Approval process

With the approval process, a dual control principle can be activated for all content published via Content Planner.

Activate feature

The approval process for the Content Planner is optional and must be activated under Account > Features. Don't forget to confirm the change with the save button at the bottom right.


As soon as the feature is activated, a new folder "Approve" appears in the Content Planner. All posts that are sent for approval are collected there. A staff member must now look at these posts again and either approve or reject them. Only approved posts are actually published. Rejected posts must first be corrected and sent through the approval process again.
