When a channel is added to the SocialHub, some data is retrieved from the respective network and imported into the Inbox and the Content Planner. For the first channel of a network, the latest 10 tickets are also displayed directly in the Inbox. So you can start moderating and planning content immediately.
When a Facebook channel is added to SocialHub for the first time, the 50 most recent posts from the Facebook page feed are imported. This can be a mixture of own posts and user posts. For each of these posts, the latest 50 comments are imported.
It also imports the last 25 conversations from the Facebook page, retrieving the last 25 messages for each conversation.
Some of the most recent ratings, albums and advertisements are also retrieved.
Older posts, comments, messages, etc. are ignored for the time being, but imported later if necessary.
When an Instagram channel is added to SocialHub for the first time, the 50 most recent posts from the Instagram account feed are imported. For each of these posts, all existing comments are imported. This excludes ads and comments posted on ads. In order for these to be imported into SocialHub, the respective Facebook ad account must be connected.
When a Twitter channel is added to SocialHub for the first time, the last 200 tweets of the user are imported. In addition, the last 200 tweets in which the user was mentioned are imported.
In addition, the last 50 direct messages are imported. Since the Twitter API only delivers direct messages that are no more than 30 days old, it can also be less. It is a mixture of sent and received direct messages.
YouTube
When a YouTube channel is added to SocialHub for the first time, all of the channel's videos are imported along with the associated comments.
When a LinkedIn channel is added to SocialHub for the first time, the last 100 posts are imported.
WordPress
When a WordPress channel is added to SocialHub for the first time, all posts that are not older than 30 days are imported. In addition, all comments that are not older than 30 days are imported. Subsequently, older posts are also imported if they have been commented on recently.
This process is carried out in several steps, as a maximum of 50 posts/comments can be retrieved from the WordPress API per call. Depending on the number of posts and comments, it may take some time to import them completely.
