With the help of the Support Access you allow our Support to connect remote onto your SocialHub Account. Thereby it is possible for our Support to search for the cause of the issue without claiming your time and can provide you with the solution as soon as possible. You can of course decide if you want to grant the access permanent or only for a certain amount of time.
The feasible periods are:
- 1 day
- 1 week
- 1 month
- permanent (recommended)
If you choose to grant permanent access it is still possible to change that afterwards to any of the other available periods or to withdraw the access completely.
The Access can only be granted by Administrators and it can be found at "Account -> Support Access".
