You probably already know that you can tag your posts in Content Planner.
In this Analytics section, you will get an overview of the posts that contain the tags you use.
The "Analyze" button gives you an overview of these postings. You can also analyze multiple tags at the same time.
Important!
The selected tags are connected by an "AND". This means that you cannot compare the selected tags with each other, but the total result of all selected tags is displayed. In addition, you should note that all posts must contain at least the selected tags to get a meaningful result.
List of your tags
Filter
You can filter all metrics as usual through the Channel Filter and the Time Filter in the Dashboard header.
Search
You can search for tags quickly and easily using the search box.
Sort
In the default view, the tags are sorted by "last used". This means that your most recently used tags are displayed at the top of the list. However, you can sort the tags temporarily by other criteria, such as "change".
Delete Tag
In the default view, the tags are sorted by "last used". This means that your most recently used tags are displayed at the top of the list. However, you can sort the tags temporarily by other criteria, such as "change".
Export
You can export this tags overview as PDF as usual.
Detail Board
Once you have selected the tags you want, you can get more details about those posts by clicking the "Analyze" button.
Here you can see the following widgets:
- Total number of posts
- Total post reach
- Post Reach - Organic and Paid
- Total Engagement
- Engagement - Comments, Likes and Shares
- Total Link Clicks
- Post Metrics
Export
You can also export this detail dashboard as PDF as usual.
Additionally we offer you the possibility to export all your post information as CSV (Excel).
