Co-Working - The connection to the server has been interrupted

Warning! The connection to the server has been interrupted. When your team colleague is working on a ticket, it will not be locked in your ticket view. You might be answering to the same ticket.
This warning will disappear, when the connection could be re-established. If this is not the case within a few seconds, please try the following:

  • Clear your cache (see tutorial)
  • Log out of the SocialHub and login again
