Community management can be a real challenge, which is why we have developed a little support for you here - namely the “Smart Reply” feature. This provides you with AI-generated reply suggestions based on Microsoft Azure GPT.
To ensure that these reply suggestions are basically in the right direction, you can specify in the settings which industry you work in and whether the reply suggestions should be formal or informal.
You can adjust the tone and language of the respective ticket again, so it is not an obstacle if you comment in several languages. You will then receive three reply suggestions and can have them regenerated if necessary if none of them suit you.
As soon as you have decided on an answer suggestion and clicked on it, this suggestion will appear in the field for the answer and you can adjust the suggestion if necessary.
