This feature allows you to remove tickets from the inbox for a certain period of time. After a specified time, they are moved back again.
After the feature has been activated, you can pause a ticket by clicking on the small arrow on the far right of the ticket and then clicking on "Snooze".
Now you only need to select until which time this ticket should be placed in the "Snoozed" folder until it returns in the Inbox.
The corresponding ticket will then be displayed in the Inbox in the "Snooze" folder until it is moved back to the Inbox after the specified time has elapsed.
