Inbox Alerts

With the help of the "Inbox Alerts" feature, you can create several alerts in different combinations. Alerts you create are only seen and edited by you. So be careful about who is alerted and, if possible, discuss it with your colleagues. If you select multiple channels in an alert, the incoming tickets will be totalled and you will receive a notification when the limit is reached. Once the alert has been sent, the 'ticket counter' is reset.
